At 07:45hrs from our Meeting Point (located in Avenida de la República in front of Julio Jimenez Rueda Theathre), we will depart with destination to the Magical Town of Bernal in the State of Queretaro considered as a town lost in time, it is considered magical because of the beauty of its buildings and bright colors, which houses legends and dreamy landscapes. The word Bernal comes from Arabic origin and means rock, precisely in this town we will know to the third largest monolith in the world, after the Rock of Gibraltar and the Sugar Loaf of Brazil.
Get to know El Castillo, an ancient prison of viceregal style built in the 17th century and currently home of the municipal palace and the Temple of San Sebastián Mártir built in the early 1700s.
We will continue visiting Freixenet, an enigmatic place where we will descend to a depth of 25 meters and enjoy a tour of its cavas, where you will learn about the process of making sparkling and calm wines. At the end of the tour you will enjoy a wine tasting in a glass.
Finally we go to Tequisquiapan, another Magical Town, projected before the gaze of travelers as a precious sample of the Mexican province, with its beautiful color and picturesque details, still preserves squares and houses a suggestive viceregal style, noble and aged. We will visit the Geographical Center of Mexico 1916, the splendid craft market and the parish of Santa María de Asunción. At 18:00hrs we take the way back to Mexico City.
